Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
To request a return, contact us at customerservice@byronseven.com. Return instructions and the appropriate return address will be provided once the request has been reviewed and approved.
Damages, Warranty Claims & Verification
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if there is an issue with the item.
To protect both customers and our business from fraudulent claims, all damage, warranty, replacement and refund requests are subject to a verification process. Photos alone may not be sufficient for verification purposes. In certain cases, customers may be required to provide a clear unedited video showing the product condition and the reported issue in real time before a claim can be reviewed.
All submitted materials and claim information are documented and carefully reviewed. Artificially generated, manipulated or misleading evidence, including edited or AI-generated images, may result in claim rejection and further action where applicable.
We reserve the right to deny claims that cannot be sufficiently verified.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Custom products, personalized items, digital products, gift cards, clearance items and final sale products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
Items returned damaged, used, incomplete or without authorization may be refused.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund request. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within approximately 10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Original shipping costs, duties, taxes and import fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
